Lord of Apocalypse is a 2011 role-playing game developed by Access Games and published by Square Enix. It released on PlayStation Vita and PlayStation Portable.
A fast-paced action hunting game for up to four players, featuring combo-driven combat, quick-time events, button-mashing scenes, and cinematic kills. Players collect and upgrade characters, customize abilities and equipment, summon monsters and use elemental magic, and tackle arcade-style stages filled with enemies, bosses, and cameos from other Square Enix titles.
The gameplay is reminiscent of Monster Hunter, God Eater, and Phantasy Star Portable.
