About Final Fantasy VII
Final Fantasy VII is a 1998 role-playing game developed by Square and published by Eidos Interactive, part of the Final Fantasy series. It released on PC (Microsoft Windows), holding a 9.0 / 10 aggregate score.
The PC version of Final Fantasy VII is based on an unfinished build of the Japanese version, and therefore contains the same bugs. It featured a midi soundtrack and the FMV were in lower resolutions.
This PC version would end up providing the source code for subsequent ports.
